%GWC per pip in close, short races

Thanks for the replies, Chase and Bob.

I just used Kleinman (or more precisely, my approximation to Kleinman). When the Kleinman Count is less than 1 (so GWC less than 76%) I find the following:

(sum of both pipcounts) -- (value per pip in GWC units)
80 -- 3%
60 -- 3.5%
50 -- 4%

I don't know when Kleinman becomes unreliable -- that is, when using pips becomes a bad approximation. Total pipcount of 50 may be close to (or past) the edge.
