"This is scary. Perhaps the leading US tournament directors could examine the various baffle boxes now avaiable and recommend the one which is the most cheat proof ?"

Perhaps the lesson and solution and results of the solution reported by Glass/Russell can just be learned from and players can simply be required to use dice cups with a baffle box.
