In Response To: Another director ruling (Steve Mellen)

Kibitzers have to shut-up during a match, no matter what. The only person they can talk to is the TD or the staff. At no point, they should interfere or comment something happening in a match.

What they should do, is to bring the TDīs attention to the fact and let him handle the case.

The case, btw, is pretty clear. Match over and a clear warning to the loser not to attempt to take a shot again. This is not the behaviour we want on a fair-play-based tournament.
