Seth, I'm not most knowledgeable guy on the technical aspects of rollouts, but I will suggest that you do much longer rollouts. The JSDs can really jump around and do some strange things when you're only doing 108 trials. I'd recommend a minimum of 1296 trials to get something more reliable.
