Morten Holm has imo made huge blunder in trying to enforce who should play on the opposing team (specifically Heitmuller, likely the weakest player on the international team).

If you have a beef with the mechanics/procedure, fine. But I object to you trashing a player such as you've done. Apparently he's caught in the crossfire but it's unfair to Heitmuller unless you have strong evidence to support your claim (which you haven't cited).
