Rounding

I do not have uncertainty estimates. The table carries six decimal places through 15a and five places through 25a. So, there should be no errors here. I spent an obscene amount of time checking everything, so hopefully human error is at a minimum. I am sure that the extrapolation between 15a and 25a is not perfect. However, Neil did a ton of work on this and I reviewed what he did. So, I feel that the extrapolation should be perfectly usable. We can only guess how well GNU Supremo MWC used for the calculations will hold up through time. Neil did a small amount of checking GG compared to XG and the comparison looked good.
