If I weren't here to nitpick who would do it? One thing I'd like to see for next quiz is that you either list the answers in alphabetical or numerical format and stick with it through the end, also giving the answers in the same format would be a bonus.

To save yourself from the eventual carpel tunnel I'd recommend switching to the lazy man's way of life, listing "5away/2away" as -5 -2 is so much easier. That's 5 keystrokes (including the space bar) compared to 11 and you typed the scores out (or hopefully pasted them) 15 times in this article alone. Perhaps you do it for your students but they'll pick up on it quickly after you tell them what it means the first time, promise.

Finally, as MCG mentioned, the answer for #3 is not e, -5 -2, but d, -3 -2.
