In Response To: Doubling Cube Quiz (Phil Simborg)

In my alphanumberiphic scoring system, the choices for Position 1 in the quiz are simply EE DB CB BB EB. Only 14 keystrokes, counting spaces. And of course "EE" and "BB" can be further shortened to "E" and "B". "A" would indicate 1-away, with lower case used for the Crawford Game, e.g., ea is 5 away, 1 away post-Crawford.

I like the "X away, Y away" format, Phil, that you use on your checker play quiz page, although I usually use hyphens, e.g., "X-away, Y-away".
