In your position both sides have low wastage, probably both close to 7. In low wastage positions I don't think you are supposed to make adjustments using Trice's racing formulas. In Boot Camp, Trice suggests using Ward for those positions that can not reasonably be assumed to be similar to low wastage races: Positions with gaps, checkers on ace- and deuce-points and stacks.
