I usually use Keith count for short-race positions like this one.

There are no empty spaces on 6,5,4 pts and there aren't any surplus checkers on low points, so you don't have to add nothing to regular pip-count.
Now you raise TEAM's pip-count by 1/7 (and round down), that's 65+9=74.

74 = 70 (BOX's pip-count)+ 4 , so this is borderline double, and rollout confirms that
