Trice Racing Question

In short, there are no adjustments required for the position you have shown. There should be no adjustments for the number of men off: if the position is efficient then bearing off is naturally incorporated within the count.
Both sides in your position have low wastage, around the standard 7.5 pips for efficient positions. In fact, Black could have started from the optimal 7-5-3 formation (wastage 7.07 pips) and then rolled 64: 6/off 4/off and 31: 4/off, bearing off those three chequers very efficiently. Similarly, White could have started from 7-5-3 and rolled 31: 4/off and 32: 5/3 5/2. Bearing off with 32: 5/off is better, so White has wasted a very small amount compared to optimal.
The actual wastage reported by gnubg is 6.99 pips for Black and 7.29 for White.
Pips generally only need to be added for men on deep points, and for gaps on high points.
I add 1 pip for a 2nd man on the ace and 2 pips for any on top of that. I add 0.5 pips for a 2nd man on the two point and 1 pip for any on top of that.
Other adjustments I just do by feel and experience (imprecise I know), and by knowing the following 2 reference counts. You can see that the adjustments described above for men on low points catches most of the extra wastage.
White 48 pips + 13.70 wastage
Blue 57 pips + 9.47 wastage Position ID: d7cNAADb7g4AAA Match ID: cAkAAAAAAAAA
