Which 5 pt to make ?

23/20 6/5 for me - too many ways that Black would win the fight for the 5-point if you do not make it. Ideally you'd want to make both 5 points over the next few turns, and 23/20 6/5 is the more likely to achieve that goal, with less risk. The score makes the play clearer I think - more difficult to figure out what to do at even scores.
