Seth, here are various money rollouts for 41$-11:
Snowie .. [H N23] 31k (my extension of the [H N29] 5k on site)
GnuBG .. [N H3.5] 46k (site)
GnuBG .. [H N22] 11k (Neil)
GnuBG .. [N H7.5] 5k (Stick, quasi-money: 0-0 in 7-pt match)XG 3-ply [H N10] 36k (Ken)
XG 3-ply [H N20] 15k (Stick)
XG 3ply? [H N7] 28k (Roller and settings unknown)
XG 3m4c [H N10] 36k (Neil)Nactation key: H = Hit (24/20*), N = Near (8/7*(2) 6/5*(2)). Error sizes are in thousandths of a point, and number of trials (in thousands, rounded down appear after the brackets. For example, "[H N23] 31k" means that H is best and N is -.023 after 31000+ trials.
I've provided links for the rollouts that have been posted online. As you can see, H/N margins are all over the place. You can decide for yourself which bots and rollouts to trust, but if I had to guess an overall value for 41$-11, I'd say that H (Hit) is better than N (Near) by about .012.
If your question has more to do with interpreting the two rollouts on the site (than about how good hitting is versus the alternative), see Daniel's post.
