Coming into his outfield just when Black wants to unload his midpoint is inadequately timed, but 11/5 is destructive in its own way.

I'm skeptical about the "I'm ahead so I'll race" argument here. Yellow seems just too far away from extracting his back men. In fact, I'd like to play Bar/22 period if it was possible.

Bar/22 24/18 then, but I view it more like a kind of action play against Black's stripped and stacked position rather than a tentative running or anchoring play.
