Tim Chow's chart using modified Nactation is at http://www-math.mit.edu/~tchow/2ndmove.shtml, which also contains a link to Nack's full Nactation chart. Either of these are much more printable than the traditional notation chart but require you to deal with the notation.

These are 2nd roll charts, not sure where a neat 1st roll chart is but they are pretty easy to find. I am not sure that a comprehensive 3rd roll chart exist, from what I am able to gather there is a lot of work left to be done on this.
