Daily gammon has a quirk along these lines. Unless one clicks on the swap dice option it will assume the play of the larger die first if possible. One must be a careful in a bearoffs. For example with 1 0 1 1 0 1 and a roll of 64 one might click on the 4 point thinking of using the 4 to bear it off but the 6 can legally be used to remove that checker and that is what dailygammon does.
