Interesting position. Quietly covering the ace point looks too stagnant to my eye; the back checkers remain stuck on the 24-point and there's only one checker to continue the attack with. The more I look at the position, the more it becomes clear that 24/20 accomplishes the most critical goal in this position.
The choice, then, is between 20/14 and 11/5 for the six. I like 11/5 because it brings another checker into range to cover the ace or to attack, it creates a direct shot at the blot on the 16, and it creates the potential of making an advanced anchor. Blue doesn't need to escape both checkers right away (or all three checkers if the blot on the ace gets hit); just making an anchor would give him a very strong game, because White will have great difficulty getting those two checkers all the way around the board.
24/20 11/5 for me.
