Standardizing match score notation

I've always been a fan of this and as far as I know am the first person to give people an annoyingly hard time in person when they start telling their stories and give me the score. You can't teach a donkey to talk but I've been trying.

I prefer the simple -5-7 that I always use and don't see a real need for the '/'.

The additions of -C-3 or -P-3 for example would work fine also. Adding in the position of the cube is an interesting idea if it catches on, simple to understand.
