52S-53P-F-31P-F-5a-7a-C?
Looks better to me than:
52S-53P-F-31P-F--5--7-C?
I thought our discussion was meant primarily to address match scores in posts or articles with an accompanying diagram. Even if I were to write an early-game move string and match score side by side, I wouldn't be inclined to run them together. Rather, I would convey what you're trying to say in one of the following ways:
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C at -5-7
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C at 5a7a
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C (-5-7)
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C (5a7a)
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C: -5-7
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C: 5a7aIf you're interested in creating file names of early game offbeat match score situations, you can use "?" as a separator, or even omit it. Here are some possibilities:
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C?-5-7
52S-53P-F-31P-F-C?5a7a
52S.53P.F.31P.F.C?-5-7
52S.53P.F.31P.F-C?5a7a
52S.53P.F.31P.F.C-5-7
52S.53P.F.31P.F.C5a7aFinally, when I integrate match scores into nacbracs, I tack on the information before the brackets, just as I do with "d," "s" and "g" (for DMP, GS and GG). For example,
42P-64: -5-7[R P4 S16]
