I agree that there's a lot of room to maneuver within the space of drawn games, but getting ten knights per side is stretching it. Even one underpromotion is not so trivial to achieve. Consider the moment just before the underpromotion to a knight. Our perfect opponent allowed it; therefore promoting to a queen does not win, but only draws. Nevertheless we want to ensure that promoting to a knight instead does not lose. Twenty times over? There's no way to settle this question definitively but I am very skeptical.
