I think he uses "Stick Rice" when he enters. The daily chipcounts apparently are determined by someone walking around the room surveying individual players. Stick says he doesn't give his real name then. So until he gets to a final table he's trying to remain anonymous. (Or possibly that continues until they award him the bracelet. Maybe then he'll reveal his given first name??!!)
