The meaning of this was obvious to you, but perhaps not to everyone. Do you mean 13/5 or 13/11(2) 6/4(2)? (Is the nactation P and N?)

The meaning was obvious to me because it was meant to be ambiguous. I'm trying to post more of my thoughts on the position lately, how to think about it, rather than the absolute answer to the position. I'm doing this because I think it can kill threads because other players may read the replies before posting and after having read the strong player's analysis either change their play or don't want to speak up.

Your nactation is right, P would be 13/5 and N would be 11(2) 4(2).

I have rules concerning the use of the 22 but I only know them when I see them. If I get time since this is posted I'll try to find a few examples and what unwritten rule I employ.
