As a software professional, I can do nothing but applaud Xavier's implementing this as an option, and the choice of default. Ignore the feature if you don't want it. Use it if you do. There is no such thing as a standard user. This is the way software should be designed.

Perhaps there should be an encoding of the analysis settings chosen in the saved file, and when you open it, it should inform you if the settings differ from the ones you've got configured. Or there should at least be an option "show analysis settings" so you can know how it was run. Maybe the options are fine, but you want to know whether you should do a deeper analysis.
