No, that wasn't what I was asking, though the two concepts may be related.

Basically, Paul stated that ("if the universe goes on long enough") eventually someone will have a backgammon career in which every game s/he plays will reach Koizumi's position and s/he will win it every time, and I responded that perhaps it is also a certainty someone already had such a remarkable career.
