Yes, answers would depend on match length and score, and such positions might even be more interesting.

But, doublechecking, I did write "money game." On the other hand, I went astray in the 5-2 position. It wouldn't make any sense for a worse player to pass, so ignore that -- I've seen a better player not double as Blue, and a better player pass as White. For the first position, I've seen a worse player double, but never a better player pass -- although one, he told me later, thought about it.
