If you're a 40% dog to win any game, or a 60% favorite, is your dead cube doubling window still 50-75%? Is your dead cube take point still 25%?

Yes, if your goal is to maximize expected value per game (it has been suggested that EV per time might be a more meaningful measure for $ game), the dead cube doubling window is still 50-75% practical game winning chance.
