One set of dice in nonclocked games

It would be good to have some method other than picking up the dice to indicate the end of your turn. That way, if you misread the dice, your opponent can point out the error while the dice are still on the table.
One possibility is to share a common dice cup. (You hand the dice cup to your opponent to indicate your turn is over.) But some people might not like the idea of sharing a sweaty dice cup.
Any other ideas to indicate the "end of a turn" when no clock is being used?
