Anyhow it seems that the economy may be is affecting poker a bit also, plus the game is maturing somewhat so there may be a few less fish around and it may be losing a bit of its luster.

As for BG...it was possible to spend $540 in entry fees to buy back 4 times in Chicago and the turnout was poor. However, Chiva's US Open at SFO had 45 players ponying up 600 to play.

What's up with that...well.. my opinion remains thast quite a few players have other things/obligations over Memorial Day weekend.
