This helps me somehow

When you analyze your matches, you go over your errors and then think: hell, what a double whopper! How can I get this play wrong?
Makes you mad, right? same here. But I hope you go through your analyzed match move by move, not only the errors.
While you played the match, I am sure there are many decisions that gave you a hard time, and you spent some time puzzling over them.
And I BET you got severals of them right! Now, while you analyze your match move by move you should be happy and reward yourself for those plays that you got right!
This way you get a confirmation for what you did was right (and hopefully doing it right next time in a similar situation) plus it helps you to swallow your blunders.
Another helpful tool is the playfromhere (PFH) position. Save the positions where you made a mistake and play it out later 20 or 30 times with the tutor mode of XG. This way I improved my baerin and bearoff play. And sooner or later I will improve my prime vs. prime play, blitz, mutual holding game, anchor breaking plays... [...infinite list here. same for cubeaction]
