Excellent idea. A few suggestions:

What is dynamic programming ? Does it cover solving bear off play recursively (as described on p133 of Boot Camp); does it include building a MET which I think used also to be done recursively; does it include the neural network methodology ?

What about the continuous model of doubling, as in Keeler and Spencer ? What branch of maths is used there ?
