3) Is there any differentiation/separation in the ratings between players of different skill levels (i.e. based upon the events they enter -- Open, Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner)?

There is initially no differentiation in ratings by skill level. However because each event is categorized by skill level, such differentiation may be possible in the future.

Clearly this needs to be addressed. A rating system only makes sense if all players are coming from the same pool of players. The best Advanced player may have up with a 70% win rate and a thus a very high rating, but the best Open player with a similar win rate will have almost the same rating. Obviously not correct.
