Doubtful, I am not even sure what a podcast is. Is it video or just audio?

Podcasts are usually just audio, as some people use the term "vodcast" for a podcast that has video. I listen to absurd numbers of podcasts, chewing up vast portions of my day. I need something to entertain me while I'm out walking my dogs. I listen to more language related podcasts than math related, but that's only because there's only two good math podcasts, and one of them may be on its way out the door, so maybe only one.

Podcasts are easy for some people to use, because you can often get them directly from iTunes, and then it can be automatically loaded onto your iDevice of choice. Back in my day, we had monochrome monitors, and if we wanted to listen to music, we used cassette tapes. Your turn for "back in my day"!
