Another nice presentation technique is exemplified here:

We have the audio voice of the presenter combined with a video series of Powerpoint slides combined in an Adobe® Flash® presentation. For navigation there's an index entry for each slide, and thumbnails too. It was apparently made with Adobe® Presenter®, only $500 from Adobe ;-
