Balls

There are only 2 black balls, so if those were in front of Y and Z, then X would know that his was red. So Y and Z either have 2 red, or 1 red and 1 black.

If Y then sees that Z has a black ball, then he would know that his own ball must be red. He said he does not know, so Z's ball must be red.
