You can also tell that the computer isn't cheating by looking at upcoming dice rolls because you can show that it always makes the same moves for the same position/score

Ye olde JellyFish has the same (or similar) features. But last month when I recently held my nose and took a whiff of rec.games.backgammon, I found that the "JellyFish cheats" claims still keep coming.
