Why don't you just copy the list of upcoming dice rolls before you start playing and then verify when you feel like the program is producing non-random numbers that the rolls you're seeing in play were in fact the same as on the original list. Surely you don't think that the computer generated those numbers 50 moves in advance knowing who would be on the bar at that moment?

You can take a photo of the upcoming rolls screen so you don't have to write it all down. Hold the "home" button, then hit the "power/sleep" button, and a capture of your screen is then in your photos. You can then even email it to yourself and print it out and follow the rolls as you play.
