"You can take a photo of the upcoming rolls screen so you don't have to write it all down. Hold the "home" button, then hit the "power/sleep" button, and a capture of your screen is then in your photos. You can then even email it to yourself and print it out and follow the rolls as you play."

Ok, you can't actually do this because if you leave the application to go look at the photo, the RNG seed will be reset. Regardless, you'll have a photo of the planned dice captured at the beginning of the game sitting there for whatever moment you decide you'd like to go verify your suspicion that the program is injecting unfavorable dice according to the current situation.
