XG question: Double point at -2,-2

In a dead cube situation the TP gives the exact threshold of the last take.

When we go to the DP instead things seem to be completely different, if it is "routine" to double outside the doubling window.

What is then exacly the meaning of a dead cube "Doubling point =50% when it is not the threshold of the first double opportunity?
