I haven't read NIB for a while, so I don't remember the answer. The race is close, so getting hit is bad, and Blue's acepoint represents dead timing. Racing is indicated rather than a hitting/priming plan. Blue should maintain connectivity and bring his men around together; 24/18 21/18(2).
