I'm confused given your example. Assuming you mean the position below from game #6 of the Woolsey/Hast final. The only person charged with an error here was Steve for not doubling. Kit has 0 cube errors or blunders in this game as you can see for yourself in the Summary tab. (Options >> show current game)
