13/8, 6/4 is the first instinct.

The question is whether the checker on the 23-point can be better placed for hassle value. 21-point? I don't think so. 18-point? That's a candidate. If opp hits with 6's (other than 6-1 and 6-2) then many immediate return shots are created. Also a roll like 5-3 which would rather cleanly clear the annoying (to opp) back point now leaves a direct shot instead of some indirects.

OtB I doubt I would have played 23/18. (6/4 is still the deuce.) Now with QF I see it rising to the top. I think the lesson here is: when behind, go out of your way to find moves that potentially hassle your otherwise comfortable opp.
