-- and to fewer errors as a result. Just my lay opinion -- I don't have any hard evidence either -- but this seems highly likely. A lower standard of play leads to fewer familiar mutual holding games and more screwball, volatile, high-contact, harder-to-judge positions. I know that my own PR is consistently and substantially higher when I slug it out on Play65 (standard of play: bad -- standard of civility: awful) than it is against XG. Maybe Stick or one the other low PR guys would care to weigh in on this subject.
