In Response To: Bye Score and Bye Balance (Tom Keith)

Let's say on average X% of the players get a bye; then over time, the number of byes divided by number of participations will approach X%. In that sense, things will even out. Agree, no guarantees in the short term.

But also no gaming opportunities.
