Some eXtreme Gammon Questions

David:
Why do profiles not work correctly?
1. My experience is stuck on 47. You are inexperienced?
2. 2 players on GridGammon show more results on the summary page than the number of matches played. No idea. Maybe wipe all your profiles, and do a massive batch analyze. Should be quick, you are perhaps the lowest ER player in the world.
3. If I select all games and all sites, the report tab excludes matches against the computer and only lists matches on GridGammon. If you dont watch out, XG will create a new profile matching the nic of the player that are playing as. It doesnt default to you, because it doesnt know who its analyzing. Make sure you are selecting the right profile in the analyze section.
Why does support not respond to my e-mails? Your attitude generally sucks, and it comes across in the way you type, or ask questions. I would expect that XG is very busy, or they are figuring out how to tell you that the problem is between seat and keyboard without offending you.
Why does Phil Simborg recommend this work-in-progress? Can he be bought for 5 bucks? Its an excellent piece of software. Although I think Phil's price is generally higher.
Keene:
I have found this software to be excellent. I have not had any significant problems (none really, and I kinda like the 500PR 'bug').
I am surprised that I beat both Ray and Stick to a response here.
I have seen some feature requests on this forum, some quirks and bugs have been reported here, however, XG release their software updates pretty quickly, and I personally have not experienced any major problems.
