I realize i never reply to that one.

This was a tricky one, i tracked it down to the fact the elo is rounded and the fact that due to late addition of PR (version 1.10) a lot of place do not calculate PR directly and do "equity per move"->Elo->PR

I'll just make sure to cap everywhere the PR to 100 (in that game after the 2 blunder the PR should be 119)

The worse game i've seen against me (more than 50 decisions), my opponent played 41.7 with a total mwc error of 156%
