Simple Endgame 33

I myself have seen quite a few other positions with the same concept.

However, these sort of positions are always extremely difficult to evaluate.

In similar positions, before the bots I believe the standard play was to keep opponent 6es blocked, and 4/1(2) would have been sort of a standard play.

The bots teached us that keeping a strong board and breaking a prime from the back is almost always correct, even if freeing opponent 6es by doing so.

What is really difficult, at least for me, is to find the exceptions to the rule, as in this case.

Can somebody provide some reference positions to understand better the different factors? I don't have access to any bot right now.
