In Response To: Meyer Dice Tube (Stick)

I have to say, with all due respect to Stick, I completely disagree with his assessment of the Meyer Dice Tube. I absolutely LOVE this product! I bought one in February and introduced it to my local players. They orderd some too after seeing how much time it saved. I emailed Mr. Meyer because I had a few questions about how to indicate the end of your play (my fault...the information was on his web site but I didn't read it). He called me 15 minutes after I emailed him. He is such a nice man! We talked for over an hour. I'm not an expert backgammon player but from our conversation I know that he is. What impressed me the most was his patience with me and the fact that he continued asking me if I had any more questions. He even gave me his personal cell-phone # in case I had any more questions. His product is incredible and I know that if you actually use it you will agree. I lost some respect for Stick after reading his comments about the tube. Stick even referred to one of Mr. Meyer's claims as "a lie". Come on Stick, we thought you were above that!!
