Poor Larry is being picked on. Is that why, in Peoria, Linda gave him (and his opp) an extra 3 seconds per move and he still lost on time? Odd, he seemed to have forgotten that....

I have had speedy players request a clock with me, probably to gain an advantage.

Does he really believe that? Should he then use his octogenarian status to excuse his lack of wisdom on this issue?

Whenever I see/read people shading or hiding the truth to make a point, I dismiss their arguments as deceptive. Well done, Larry, for joining that crowd.
