13/7 is everyone's play with the 6. Now we have the choice between starting the 4-point (giving up the barpoint start) or bringing another builder off the near worthless midpoint. I'm sure it's pretty close, equitywise.

My default is to start the point we want most, assuming there aren't overriding factors (and here I see none of those).
