Well done! I had no problem figuring out the game from your nactated sequence above. I'd classify only two of your characters (both in the third row) as confusing. I've diagrammed the two relevant positions, with comments beneath.
31O: I guessed you meant 8/4 because it lands closer to the 6pt than 13/9, but could you have meant 13/10 8/7? It's an obtuse way to use the "O" character (which is a combination of (a) in/into and (b) out of the Outer board). For reasons of style I'd use "$" (Slot) here, though I suppose "I" (In) or "4" (4pt) is even safer.
Blue's 8/4 is nactated $, I or 4
After Blue plays 31$, you nactated White's play as 61T. That's fine, though I slightly prefer R (Run) so that the reader doesn't first reflexively look at the illegal 13/6.
422: I feel your pain, though it's unnecessary. "Most points" (which trumps the 6pt convention) is a useful rule. You can simply use "A" (Attack/Aggress) here. You don't break the 8pt until other A plays are exhausted, and 4pt + 2pt is closer to 6pt than is 2pt + 2pt.
Blue's 6/4 6/2 is nactated A
For Blue's next play (Bar/22 6/5*), you seemed uncertain about 31E, but it's perfectly fine. (Bar/24 6/3 would be e.) Stylistically, I slightly prefer 31H. (Most-points rule prioritizes Bar/22 6/5* over Bar/24 8/5*).
In the fourth row, for 431, you could use 43e. I'm not saying it's better -- just pointing out a non-numeral alternative.
For 53O, I think "I" (In) is a bit faster to interpret than O, but either is fine. O is more often applied to moving one checker into/within the outer board and a different checker out of the outer board, though in truth I'm nitpicking. "5" (5pt) works too, of course.
For 22/16 13/9*, you used 64B (Both): nothing at all wrong with that. I happen to slightly prefer 64X (hit-and-split).
It is standard to use "C" for Cube instead of "D" for Double. The reason is that D is used for DMP in file names. (I realize there is no ambiguity in this case, and there rarely is anyway.) Also, it seems inconsistent to write "fan-C-T" instead of "fan-cub-tak" or "F-C-T," but no big deal.
In short, here is the way I'd nactate your sequence:
41S-53H-65U-65K-21>-51H-
42H-53L-52@-64P-41U-65R-
31$-61R-42A-62H-31H-32K-
33P-43e-53I-64E-64X-F-C-TAs I see it, only two of my changes (31$ and 42A) are demonstrable improvements.
Note that it's easier to follow along with (not get lost in) a lengthy sequence when it is broken up into rows. It's easy to see that the first, third and fifth play in each row belongs to whoever plays first (in this case Blue).
